A geographic information system (GIS) is a computer system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present all types of spatial or geographical data.

GIS benefits organizations of all sizes and in almost every industry. There is a growing interest in and awareness of the economic and strategic value of GIS.

Modern GIS technologies use digital information, for which various digitized data creation methods are used. The most common method of data creation is surveying included land surveying- photogrammetry-Hyfrography and RS. Most of the time, surveyors prepare their output in CAD Base formats such as DWG,DGN,…

In GIS ready phases we must convert these kinds of data to appropriate data structure. For correct conversion we must consider data characters, end users needs, software abilities, and hardware capacities. all of them determine in GIS Designing steps and Feasibility Study.

We believe that, we are familiar with many cases requirement  such as Oil and Gas industries, Cadastral systems, municipal systems and so on.

We can develop and implement GIS and CAD base system based on ESRI and Autodesk solutions.

Although the GIS Department is relatively new in RASSADIRAN, it has made great strides and has undertaken several major projects successfully.
